چکیده
Introduction 1.1.20) catalyze the hydrolysis of ester and depside bonds in tannic acid [1], the reaction end products is glucose and gallic acid [2,3]. The enzyme is utilized in a number of industrial applications, is extensively used in wine, beer, coffee flavored soft drinks [4] and also including the manufacture of instant tea [5]. In addition gallic acid, finds use in the dye making, and leather industry [6]. Gallic acid is also used in pharmaceutical industry. The enzymatic synthesis of propyl gallate is mainly used as an antioxidant in fats and oils synthesis [7]. Therefore, attempts are made by the researchers to optimize the production of tannase enzyme by different filamentous fungal species.

A New Native Source of Tannase Producer, Penicillium sp. EZ-ZH190: Characterization of the Enzyme
Background: Tannase can be obtained from the various sources for example tannin rich plants; however microbial sources are preferred for industrial production. In microbial sources, the Aspergillus and Penicillium genus and lactic acid bacteria mostly produce tannase. However, it has been identified that this enzyme is produced by many fungi and bacteria, but research...
متن کاملPURIFICATION AND SOME PARTIAL CHARACTERIZATION OF PEROXIDASE ISOENZYME FROM BRASSICA OLERACEA CAPITATA L.
Acetone fractionated peroxidase from crude extract of Brassica oleracea leaves (Cabbage) was purified in three steps on chromatographic columns, using Sp-Sepharose, DEAE-Sepharose and Con A-Sepharose. The specific activity of purified main isoenzyme (BOC-POD) is 1887 u/mg protein with RZ: 3.1, which is 172 times more than the RZ of crude extract with 4.3% recovery. The molecular weight of BOC-P...
متن کاملPurification and Characterization of a Novel Thermostable and Acid Stable α-Amylase from Bacillus Sp. Iranian S1
This study reports the purification and biochemical characterization of thermostable and acidic-pH-stable α-amylase from Bacillus sp. Iranian S1 isolated from the desert soil (Gandom-e-Beryan in Lut desert, Iran). Amylase production was found to be growth associated. Maximum enzyme production was in exponential phase with activity 2.93 U ml-1 at 50°C and pH 5. The enzyme was purified by isoprop...
متن کاملPurification and Partial Characterization of a Thrombin-Like Enzyme (AH144) from Venom of Iranian Snake Agkistrodon Halys
The snake venom´s thrombin-like enzymes comprise a number of serine proteases, which are functionally and structurally related to thrombin. Purification and partial characterization of a thrombin-like enzyme from the venom of the Iranian snake, Agkistrodon halys, was the aim of this study. Purification was carried out by a combination of variety of chromatographic methods that included: gel...

A novel neutrophilic metalloprotease was isolated from Pseudomonas sp. DR89 isolate which was identified ina mineral spring in Iran. The enzyme was purified from the isolate to 21-folds in a three-step procedure involving ammonium sulfate precipitation, Q-Sepharose ionic exchange and Sephadex G-100 gel filtrationchromatography. Resuts showed that the enzyme was active at high temper...
